Content Pipeline: from World News to Post and Article
Twice a day a script collects AI news from 15 feeds across the US, Europe and Asia; a model picks what matters and drafts a post, an editor gate checks it. Approved texts go to a Telegram channel on schedule and to a bilingual blog on GitHub Pages. Publishing itself makes zero model calls: scripts, Notion statuses and a linter that blocks the agent's notes to the editor.

Freelance Lead Response Pipeline
Orders from a freelance marketplace are collected from RSS and page markup without spending a single token. A filter built from marketplace categories and the owner's past verdicts keeps 3 to 5 orders a day out of dozens. A model drafts each reply from a dossier and real reply samples; a human edits and sends it in one tap from Telegram. 49 control cases run after every filter change, and outcomes are logged back to the base.

A balance dashboard across providers plus a "where did the money go" report that merges three log layers which never see each other and reconciles the total with the OpenRouter bill. The breakdown found that 45% of spend went to an agent asking every 30 minutes whether there was work for it: 1007 calls. With the polling switched off, that line dropped to zero.

Animated Kids Channel Pipeline
A Spanish-language series for children aged 2 to 5 is built by a pipeline: character canon, stills, animation, voice, music, editing, QA and upload via the YouTube Data API. Voice and music are separate stems, so a new language is a re-dub without re-rendering the video. Each episode's cost is estimated before launch, and the QA gate refuses to upload an episode with placeholders. Status: character canon is done, the channel is in preparation.

GEDCOM import of 2,415 people, OCR of 19th and 20th century parish registers with Yandex Vision, transcribed archive files, a registry of 312 online sources and drafted requests to Russian and foreign archives. Next step is KinOS, a service for living family history where AI finds gaps in the tree but changes nothing without a human's confirmation.
